About St. Margaret's
The United States Pony Clubs, Inc., develops character, leadership, confidence and a sense of community in youth through a program that teaches the care of horses and ponies, riding and mounted sports.
St. Margaret's Pony Club
St. Margaret’s Pony Club was founded in 1971 and is proud to be a member of the United States Pony Club, within the Maryland Region.
We offer year-round mounted lessons, unmounted education, and a variety of social events. Our members regularly participate in clinics, field trips, and Pony Club competitions, including Quiz, Dressage, Show Jumping, Eventing, Tetrathlon, and Games. Many of our riders also enjoy active involvement with the Marlborough Hunt Club.
At the heart of our club is a shared commitment to horsemanship. Our mission is to foster a supportive community of horse owners, riders, and enthusiasts who prioritize the well-being of the horse while developing their riding skills, deepening their horse care knowledge, and having fun with friends.
